At a very emotional time for my sister who is going through radiotherapy and chemotherapy at a young age, Sam provided expert advice, sensitivity, good humour and professionalism. We left with an incredibly natural look, which has restored her confidence and given her back her glamour and glow. It cannot be underestimated how difficult hair loss is during cancer treatment and Sam was simply outstanding in the way she handled the delicate situation and made us feel totally at ease. Something that felt so daunting at the outset, actually became a fun experience thanks to Sam. couldn’t recommend the Essex Wig Centre highly enough.

Amazing staff and so helpful. Honestly never felt uncomfortable when I was with them. Great service and will always use them again for my wigs. Sam is a really amazing woman who really knows her craft. Her kindness and professionalism really made me feel comfortable with the situation I was in.

I visited the Essex Wig Centre to look for a wig after half my head had been shaved after suffering from a brain haemorrhage. As soon as I met Lydia, she made me feel very comfortable and she listened to all of the requests I wanted in my wig. My hair was so important to me and I was so upset when my head had been shaved and I was very insecure. When I visited Lydia when the wigs had arrived in the shop and I started to try them on I felt back to my old self and my confidence instantly came back. Lydia is so wonderful at her job, I felt so listened to by her and so cared for. The wigs she provides are so beautiful and luscious and of excellent quality. Lydia, thank you so much for be so wonderfully kind and for providing me with the confidence that I didn’t know I needed. You are 1 in a million and i am so grateful for you

Lydia has been really amazing! She helped me decide on a new wig. Lydia is so helpful and such a kind hearted person! She has supported me all through my hair problems:) I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends and family. I know sometimes people can judge but Lydia hasn’t judged me since day one, she has become a very close friend of mine!
